Automate your orders

You install three pieces in this order. First, the indicator must already be on your chart, as Get started explains.

    Chrome extension

    Optimizes and analyzes the strategy in TradingView. It doesn't send orders to your broker.

    Fundrbot connection

    A program for your PC that receives TradingView alerts at your URL https://xxxx.fundrbot.org/webhook.

  3. 3

    Expert Advisor for MT4 or MT5

    FundrbotBridge receives each order from the connection and executes it in MetaTrader.

Every order follows this path: TradingView → your connection URL → Fundrbot on your PC → MT4 or MT5.

Step 1

Install the Chrome extension

  1. Extract Fundrbot-TradingView-Optimizer.zip to a permanent folder, for example Documents\Fundrbot-TradingView-Optimizer. Chrome doesn't install the ZIP directly.
  2. Open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode and click Load unpacked. Choose the folder that contains manifest.json.
  3. You'll see Fundrbot TradingView Optimizer in the list. Log in at fundrbot.com/panel in that same Chrome: the extension chip will show your licence days. If it says In another Chrome, unlink the old machine in Licence → Devices.

Don't move or delete that folder, because Chrome loads the extension from there.

Step 2

Install the connection and copy your URL

  1. Download the ZIP from your panel and extract it. If Chrome shows a warning, click Keep in Downloads.
  2. Run Fundrbot-Setup.exe as administrator. If Windows shows a warning, click More info and then Run anyway.
  3. The local Fundrbot panel opens in your browser. Paste your connection key, which isn't your broker password.
  4. Wait until Tu URL de TradingView (your TradingView URL) says Lista (ready) and click Copiar (copy). Your URL looks like https://xxxx.fundrbot.org/webhook.

In TradingView paste only that URL, never 127.0.0.1 or another service's address. Every strategy on this PC uses the same URL and they're told apart by their ID de instancia.

Step 3

Install the Expert Advisor in MT4 or MT5

  1. If you don't have MetaTrader yet, download it from the MetaQuotes website and log in with a demo account.
  2. Download FundrbotBridge.ex5 for MT5 or FundrbotBridge.ex4 for MT4 from your panel. In MetaTrader, open File → Open Data Folder and copy it into Experts\Fundrbot.
  3. Drag FundrbotBridge onto a chart. Turn on Algo Trading in MT5 or AutoTrading in MT4, and check Allow Algo Trading in the EA settings.

The EA doesn't receive the alert directly. TradingView notifies the connection, and the connection sends the order to MetaTrader.

Step 4

Set up the indicator and create the alert

  1. Open the indicator settings and go to the 09 · Automatización group. Check Habilitar envío de alertas and Enviar eventos de ejecución.
  2. Copy the values your automation panel shows into ID de estrategia, ID de instancia and Credencial del webhook.
  3. Create an alert with the Any alert() function call condition. Turn on Webhook URL and paste your connection URL. Keep the message the indicator suggests.

If the ID de instancia is wrong, alerts arrive but no trade opens. If you change the code, the credential, the instance, the symbol or the timeframe, delete the alert and create it again.

Step 5

Check that everything works

  1. Leave the PC on and not sleeping, with Fundrbot and MetaTrader open. The EA must be on the chart with Algo Trading turned on.
  2. Trigger a signal on a demo account. In the local Fundrbot panel, Actividad should show it as received. Then confirm the order in MetaTrader.

A 401 error means the Credencial del webhook doesn't match. A 402 error means your license isn't active. If nothing arrives, check that you pasted your connection URL and that the connection is running.

Fundrbot doesn't include the MetaTrader installers, which MetaQuotes publishes.
